Some Session Info

I offer 4 packages, a "Mini", "Standard", & "Beyond Basic" Sessions. Let's start w/ the basics of them all... I like to give you all the originals just in case there is one you really like more than the ones I choose for editing. This applies to all the various types of sessions I offer, just a few more or less images depending on your package! I am not a stickler on time, nor on edited images... it all depends on your personal session!

All Sessions come with a DVD/CD & w/ your own personal Copy Right Release. I do not sell prints, but if you need multiple discs, you can purchase them for an additional $10 per disc. This usually only pertains to a lost or damaged disc needing to be replaced. I do keep all your sessions on file, just so you know, they are safe!

But here's a guideline to what my packages are & what they include...
A "Mini" Session is $75, I take about 150-300 images, & from that I edit about 15-30 photos. This type of session takes about 30min- 1hr to shoot, you'll also get 1 location, & 1 outfit in this shoot. This is perfect for those little kiddo birthday shots, head shots, or a quick couple of family shots...

A "Standard" Session is $125, I take about 300-600 images, & from that I edit about 30-75 photos. This session gives you a little more room to breathe, & is a little more flexible! We shoot for about 1.5hr-2hrs, but we can do 2 locations, or 2 outfits changes. I don't count drive time as shoot time, so, this is actually a lot of time to get those cute, fun, & varied group shots we need. This package really meets the basic needs for most families, or engagement shoots.

A "Beyond Basic" Session is $200, I take 500-600 images & from that I edit about 50-100 photos. We shoot for 2hr-4hrs, but this depends on the type of shoot. This packages is great for large families, families w/ lots of little kids b/c we do more one on one work & a variety of groupings, newborn or baby sessions, OR if you need to accomplish many things like individuals, family, & multiple outfits (you get 2-3) & multiple locations (you get 2-3) during your session.

I am flexible and I want you to be happy and get what you are looking for, so as we book your session, we'll discuss which package would work best for your needs! These prices and image counts are just a guide towards what you'll be getting, many times I go over and there is no added fee!!! I do not charge a travel fee, nor do I have any other surcharges or hidden fees.

I am now working w/ an editor, who does all my "clean editing". She takes all the unwanted elements to the photos, cleans up your eyes, teeth, etc. Then I go back through & edit w/ some more artsy techniques, like crazy saturation, fading, vignettes, etc!! Because we take our time working with your images, making them look amazing, we also both have families & our priorities are to them. So, we estimate our sessions to be completed 4-6 weeks from the time we shoot your session. This seems to be a standard for most photographers, we do make exceptions at times, so if you need a rush, we can discuss the details to see if the request is possible at the time we book your session.

Also, now that I have my editor, we are able to offer a few more options for you. If you have a teen in braces, someone in the family has bad scaring or acne, we can go through & edit this out in specific photos. What we would do is give you your edited session, & if there were photos you wanted additional editing done to, we would go back through those for you at $15 an image. This is what my editor charges, I do not profit from this, I just facilitate your needs. If you would like us to create a collage, a card, canvas, 12x12 scrapbook page, etc, we can do that too! Just ask for more details when we book your session.

I want you to be happy, I want you to feel comfortable with your session, and I want to capture your special moments through my lens, I would love the opportunity, so please contact me to book your session today!

What to Wear & Bring

Anything!!! I reccomend lots of color, lots of texture in your fabrics, & find outfits that layer well, like plaids with solids. Bring props like hats, bags, fun jackets, & even scarfs. I also like to try & think about where I am going to place my photos, this helps me choose colors to blend or match my placement of them. Forinstance, my front room is in greens, reds, & browns, so my outfits might be in the same color scheme.
